Vendetta Pro Wrestling produced it's first unnamed, live major professional wrestling event, which took place on May 19, 2012 as part of the 2012 Salinas Valley Fair in Kings City, California. It was Vendetta Pro Wrestling's first live event held at an outdoor venue, while All Pro Wrestling--who had previously produced events at the Salinas Valley Fair--assisted in the production of the event.

The event was recorded for DVD, released by Highlight Media. Matches from this event should see eventual television broadcast on Vendetta Pro Wrestling TV.

This live event featured professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that played out during previous events. Wrestlers portrayed villains or heroes as they followed a series of events that built tension, and culminated into a wrestling match or series of matches.

This event featured three title matches, with two of them co-sanctioned by All Pro Wrestling. APW's title matches included a match for the Unified Tag-Team Championship (which is sanctioned and promoted by both APW and Vendetta Pro) and for the World Wide Internet title, while the Vendetta Pro Tri-Force title was also on the line.
