UCW-Zero Summer Assault Series 5 was a professional wrestling event presented by Ultra Championship Wrestling-Zero and the National Wrestling Alliance. It was the second UCW Zero event, following the June 29, 2007 UCW event. Summer Assault Series 5 was held on July 19, 2008 in West Jordan, Utah

- Team NWA Colorado (Billy V, Dustin Uhrich, Jason Noel & Paul Diamond) defeated Team NWA Utah (Blitz, Cassidy, Paco & Tristan Gallo) in an Eight-Man Elimination Tag Team match for the NWA Western States Cup
