Second Anniversary Show was a wrestling event held by Ring of Honor. It took place on February 14, 2004 at the National Guard Armory in Braintree, Massachusetts. The show marked the two anniversary of the first ROH show, and featured a one-night eight man tournament to crown the first Pure Wrestling Champion.

- CM Punk defeated Doug Williams to advance to the finals
- AJ Styles defeated Matt Stryker to advance to the finals
- The Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) defeated The Backseat Boyz (Trent Acid & Johnny Kashmere to retain the ROH Tag Team Championship
- Samoa Joe defeated BJ Whitmer, Dan Maff and Low Ki in a Four Corner Survival Match to retain the ROH World Championship
- AJ Styles defeated CM Punk to win the Pure Wrestling Championship
