Best of American Super Juniors Tournament was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on April 2, 2005 at the Convention Hall in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The show feature a one night eight-man tournament made up of ROH and New Japan wrestlers, with the winner competing in New Japan Pro Wrestling's annual Super J tournament.

- BJ Whitmer & Jimmy Jacobs defeated Samoa Joe & Jay Lethal to win the ROH World Tag Team Championship
- Dragon Soldier B defeated Black Tiger to win the Super Juniors Tournament
- Generation Next (Roderick Strong & Jack Evans) defeated Lacey's Angels (Izzy & Deranged), the Ring Crew Express (Dunn & Marcos) and Dixie & Azrieal in a Tag Team Scramble match
- Austin Aries defeated Homicide (w/Julius Smokes) to retain the ROH World Championship
