The Pro Wrestling Wikia is intended to be a comprehensive information source for professional wrestling. However, there are a number of things that the Pro Wrestling Wikia is NOT.

What the Pro Wrestling Wiki is not

• The Pro Wrestling Wiki is not Wikipedia. – Wikipedia is a general-interest encyclopedia. The Pro Wrestling Wikia is specifically intended to highlight and document professional wrestling. Some policies on Wikipedia do not apply here, and vice versa.
• The Pro Wrestling Wiki is not eWE. – Content about E-Wrestling, E-Feds and so go to the ewrestling.wikia.com, the eWrestling Encyclopedia.
• The Pro Wrestling Wiki is not a source or forum for "news" or rumors, except the actual forum. – Relevant information is welcomed here. Speculation on who will be in the main event at WrestleMania is not. You can use the forum for such questions, but we do not endorse any opinions, and said opinions will stay out of the articles and their talk pages.
• The Pro Wrestling Wiki is not an image repository or archive. – See the Image policy. Free images are welcome to illustrate articles, of course.
• The Pro Wrestling Wiki is not a place to advertise your wrestling blog or backyard wrestling "promotion". – If you wrote it or started it, you are probably not the one who should be writing about it on the Pro Wrestling Wiki. There are exceptions to this rule, but you are probably not one of those, either. If you believe you might be, then ask about it at the admin's noticeboard, but don't complain if you are told no.
