[edit] Wikipedia
Please DO NOT directly copy from any professional wrestling articles currently on Wikipedia. (If you did already or want to regardless of this policy, please have a close look at Help:Copying from Wikipedia)
- This is an entirely different project, with a much different purpose - while Wikipedia is a general-interest encycopedia, the Pro Wrestling Wikia is intended to showcase and highlight information specifically relevant to professional wrestling.
- Many categories that exist on Wikipedia have no coherent or relevant application here, and pasting the code from Wikipedia to this Wikia only succeeds in creating a multitude of needless (and red-linked) categories.
- A number of pro wrestling images currently on Wikipedia are of dubious origin, and have been purposely uploaded by editors with inaccurate use tags. See Pro Wrestling:Image policy for more information on the Pro Wrestling Wikia image policy.
[edit] Infoboxes
Infoboxes should be used for articles wherever suitable.

*See Pro Wrestling:Image policy for image policies.
[edit] Championships and accomplishments
The "Championships and accomplishments" section of an article should follow this example:
World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment
- WWE Championship (4 times)
- World Heavyweight Championship (1 time)
- WWF Intercontinental Championship (1 time)
- WWF European Championship (1 time)
- WWF Hardcore Championship (1 time)
- WWE Tag Team Championship (1 time - with Chris Benoit)
- King of the Ring (2000)
- WCW World Heavyweight Championship (1 time)
- WCW United States Championship (1 time)
Comprehensive title histories and succession boxes should NOT be used, and should be deleted from existing articles.
[edit] Point of view
Articles should be written from a neutral point of view, with a minimum of speculative content.
