Michael John Lockwood (August 25, 1971 - November 6, 2003) was an American wrestler best known for his time with World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (WWF/E) as Crash Holly, the on-screen cousin of Molly Holly and Hardcore Holly.Then as Mad Mikey at Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.He died due to a disease of Asphyxiation.
