- KOTR Qualifying Match: Owen Hart (w/ Jim Cornette) pinned Yokozuna by using the ropes for leverage after Yoko lost his balance while attempting the Bonzai Drop and fell to the mat.
- This was the first match in which Owen wore the cast on his arm.
- Moments after the match, Jim Ross interviewed Yoko about the loss, with Yoko expressing the need to clear his mind and rethink things.
- KOTR Qualifying Match: Marc Mero (w/ Sable) pinned Skip with a Frankensteiner off the top rope.
- Davey Boy Smith (w/ Jim Cornette, Owen Hart, & Diana Hart Smith) defeated the Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) via count-out when Mankind prevented Taker from reentering the ring after Taker rolled Smith back inside.
- After the match, Mankind continued to attack the Undertaker until referees swarmed the ringside area.

- Featured an in-ring interview with the Ultimate Warrior conducted by Jerry Lawler in which Lawler attempted to apologize for costing Warrior the match against Goldust several weeks back and offering a drawing of the Warrior as a present.
- After Warrior rejected the present and apology, Lawler smashed the framed picture over Warrior's head before fleeing backstage.
- Featured Jim Cornette announcing that Clarence Mason's lawsuit against Gorilla Monsoon had been dropped in exchange for Camp Cornette being able to choose the referee for the Michaels / Smith rematch at King of the Ring.
