The IWA World Heavyweight Championship is the top title contested in the International Wrestling Association, based in Puerto Rico. The championship was established in 2000. Since its creation the title has been held up four times, stripped once and vacated twice. The longest title reing currently belongs to Juan Cotto, holding the title for a total of 134 days straight.
