George South (September 7, 1962) is an American professional wrestler. Wrestling for over 20 years, South has worked throughout various American promotions including Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling (MACW), National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), Pro Wrestling Federation (PWF), World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF/now WWE).


South debuted in professional wrestling during the 1980s as an "enhancement talent". His first match was for a joint promotion held by NWA and MACW. He worked for the NWA-MACW promotions for four years, wrestling his last match on October 29, 1988.

On November 16, South began working for WCW. During December 1988, South began working also for the WWF. He worked for both companies from 1988 through the early 1990s before working solely for the Pro Wrestling Federation during a considerable portion of the early to mid 1990s. South worked for WWF and Smoky Mountain Wrestling during the mid 1990s also. He did not wrestle again until 2005 after an eight-year hiatus beginning in 1997. From 2005 onward, South wrestled periodically throughout various independent promotions.

Exodus Wrestling Alliance

South owns and operates the Exodus Wrestling Alliance (EWA). The EWA is located in Concord, North Carolina and provides a wrestling school for new students.
