David Edward "Dave" Finlay Jr. (born October 20, 1958) is a wrestler and road agent from Belfast. He is currently wrestling on the Smackdown brand of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) under the ring name Finlay. He has held both the WCW World Television Championship and the WWE United States Championship.
