The FTW Octane Championship is the most sought after championship in Full Throttle Wrestling right behind the World Championship. The championship was introduced at the April 21, 2010 Special Edition of FTW Outbreak. A competitive title for the newcomers in Full Throttle Wrestling or those who aren't quite ready for the Inferno or Shockwave ranks. The Octane division is a good place for wrestlers to work on their skills and develop their abilities to a point where they can eventually move on and compete at a higher level. Those who "graduate" from the Octane Division are assigned to either the Inferno or Shockwave divisions based on their wrestling style.
