Octavio López Arreola (April 12, 1975) is a Mexican professional wrestler who is best known in Lucha libre as Cibernético. He has worked for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, Perros del Mal and Lucha Libre Elite in Mexico. During the AAA's short partnership with the WWF, he participated in the 1997 Royal Rumble.
