Big Daddy V (w/ Matt Striker) pinned Tommy Dreamer in an extreme rules match at 2:53 following a Samoan Drop through a table; prior to the bout, Armando Estrada introduced the participants
Balls Mahoney pinned Elijah Burke at 7:44 with a roll up after Burke missed a splash in the corner
ECW World Champion John Morrison & Mike Mizanin (w/ Layla, Brooke, & Kelly Kelly) defeated CM Punk & The Boogeyman at 15:48 when Morrison pinned Punk with an enzuiguri and the corkscrew neckbreaker after Mizanin made the blind tag immediately before sustaining the Go To Sleep

Featured a new musical opening; included a vignette of CM Punk to promote his match with ECW World Champion John Morrison at Summer Sla
Featured a backstage segment with Vince McMahon and Jonathan Coachman regarding whether McMahon's mystery son could be on the ECW roster, with Coachman suggesting it could be Balls Mahoney
Included a vignette of Morrison to promote his match with Punk; featured a vignette promoting the return of Triple H at Summer Slam
Included a backstage segment with Mike Mizanin, Extreme Expose, and Balls Mahoney in which Mizanin said the only way Mahoney could attract a girl like Kelly Kelly was if he had the money of a McMahon
Featured a backstage promo by Kevin Thorn in which he commented on his recent losses to Stevie Richards, during which Richards assaulted him with the two coming to blows until the fight was broken up by officials
Included a backstage segment in which Coachman introduced CM Punk to McMahon as possibly being McMahon's son, with Punk then making fun of the fact McMahon was involved in a paternity suit
