Alan Lamb is an American professional wrestler. He is best known under the ring name Alan Steel and for his work throughout the southern United States promotions including Power Pro Wrestling (PPW), Memphis Wrestling (MW), Memphis Championship Wrestling (MCW) and Traditional Championship Wrestling (TCW).
After PPW, Steel worked a single match for Memphis Championship Wrestling on July 4, 2001 and would not be seen in the ring for nearly two years. From November 29, 2003 until July 10, 2004, Steele wrestled four matches for MCW.
Traditional Championship Wrestling (2010-Present)
Steele joined Traditional Championship Wrestling (TCW) during the 2010 summer. He first wrestled in a losing title match against the TCW International Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jett. He then went on to form the team Genetic Perfection with Michael Barry and entered the No. 1 Contenders race for the TCW Tag Team titles. With Barry, team Genetic Perfection won the contenders match at TCW Throwdown In The Downtown VI on June 11, 2011. The team went on to win the titles from the team called The Natural State Connection (Matt Riviera & Tim Storm) at TCW Throwdown In The Downtown VII on October 14. Steele and Barry retained their titles until the September 15, 2012 edition of TCW TV. Afterwards, Steele and Barry went on to wrestle each other for the TCW International Championship. Steele lost both times he challenged Barry for the title at TCW Jonesboro Jam on February 9, 2013 and on March 30 at TCW Missouri Madness. During that same March 30 event, Steele won a tag match with Brett Barnes against Lance Hoyt and Tim Storm. On April 13 at TCW Night Of Champions, Steele enjoyed two consecutive victories in singles matches against Scott Phoenix and Bu Ku Dao.
