The AAA Reina de Reinas Championship (English: Queen of Queens Championship) is the main wrestling championship for women in the Mexican wrestling promotion Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). The title is not a traditional wrestling title as it’s awarded to the winner of the annual tournament called Reina de Reinas, but the championship has been defended between tournaments as well.

Current Champion

Taya is the current champion in her first reign, after defeating Faby Apache on August 17, 2014, at AAA's Triplemanía XXII show in Mexico City
