The AAA Reina de Reinas Championship (English: Queen of Queens Championship) is the main wrestling championship for women in the Mexican wrestling promotion Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). The title began not as a traditional wrestling title as it was awarded to the winner of the annual tournament called Reina de Reinas. Currently it is defended as a normal singles championship.

Current Champion

Fabi Apache is the current champion. She defeated Lady Shani on January 26, 2018 to win the championship.
