The AAA Campeon de Campeones Championship (English: Champion of Champions) is a defunct singles championship promoted in the Mexican wrestling promotion Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). The title was billed as the top title of the AAA while it existed, it was the equivalent of the promotions world title.

Last champion

Cibernético was the last ”Campeon de Campeones” and the seventh overall champion. The title is occasionally mentioned on television but has not been actively defended in several years due to AAA creating the AAA World Heavyweight Championship.
