Buff Bagwell broke away from Scott Steiner's side in '99 and quickly vaulted to singles stardom. Without question, Buff is the most popular performer in the sport. Yes, Buff is The Stuff. A four-time World Tag Team Champion (with three different partners), Bagwell battled "Rowdy" Roddy Piper at the Bash of the Beach in July with fabled boxing ref/TV judge Mills Lane serving as the special referee. Buff was supported in the match by none other than his mother, "Judge Judy" Bagwell. The 1992 Rookie of the Year, Buff led WCW's entourage at the Spring Break-out in Panama City, Fla..
